Look back at your description and think "could an engineer quickly replicate the issue as described?".  Please be aware that while this issue may be very familiar to you, it will most certainly not be to our staff.  Are the exact steps and context needed to reproduce the problem given?  If not, much time will be wasted by our engineers and a resolution will require clarification emails and/or phone calls.  This will GREATLY delay a response and resolution.  Thanks for your cooperation and assistance.
